Detailed itinerary of our super saver Hajj package

Our super saver Hajj package is planned for around 36–40 days. The actual journey can shift by a few days depending on the Hajj flight schedule, Saudi transport plan, hotel allocation and instructions from the Hajj authorities.

We follow the travel schedule set by the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah and the Saudi Hajj authorities. So, consider this itinerary a practical guide to how your Hajj journey may move from Dhaka to Makkah through the main Hajj days, then Madinah and finally back home.

Your Hajj journey starts from Dhaka. Reach the airport early and stay with your assigned group. Keep your passport, Hajj documents and essential medicines in your hand luggage.

  • Arrive at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka.
  • Meet your Hajj group and guide.
  • Complete airline check-in and baggage formalities.
  • Complete immigration procedures.
  • Wear Ihram before reaching the Miqat, according to the guidance given to you.
  • Make sure your passport, boarding pass and necessary documents stay with you.
  • Board the direct Dhaka–Jeddah flight arranged under the Super Saver package.
  • Arrive at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Hajj terminal, Jeddah.
  • Complete the required arrival procedures.
  • Gather with your group after immigration.
  • Travel from Jeddah to Makkah according to the official Hajj transport arrangement.
  • Reach your accommodation in Makkah.
  • Complete hotel check-in.
  • Take some rest after the long journey.

Perform first Umrah

Once you are ready, you will proceed for your first Umrah with the group or according to the guidance given by your Muallim. Do not try to rush this first day. The flight, airport process and journey to Makkah can already be tiring.

  • Remain in the state of Ihram.
  • Make the intention for Umrah.
  • Enter Masjid al-Haram calmly.
  • Perform Tawaf around the Holy Kaaba.
  • Perform Sa’i between Safa and Marwah.
  • Complete Umrah with Halq or Taqsir.
  • Return to the hotel and take proper rest.

These first few days in Makkah are important. Your body needs time to adjust, and your mind also needs time to settle. Use the days well. Depending on the group programme, Makkah Ziyarah may include places around Jabal al-Nour, Jabal al-Thawr and other historically important areas.

Spiritual preparation and Makkah stay

  • Attend the daily prayers at Masjid al-Haram when possible.
  • Spend time in Quran recitation and personal dua.
  • Join Hajj guidance sessions arranged by the Muallim or religious guide.
  • Review the rules of Ihram.
  • Learn the sequence of Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah and Jamarat.
  • Ask questions about Tawaf, Sa’i, Rami, Qurbani and other Hajj rituals.
  • Get used to the weather and daily walking.
  • Drink enough water and avoid unnecessary physical pressure.
  • Keep your Hajj bag ready before the main Hajj days.
  • Stay connected with your group leader.
  • Note the meeting point and emergency contact details.
  • Visit important Islamic historical places if Ziyarah is arranged during this period.
Note: This sample schedule assumes that the group reaches Makkah roughly 7–8 days before the main Hajj rituals. The actual arrival date may be different.

The 8th of Dhul Hijjah is when the main Hajj movement begins. The atmosphere changes quickly. Thousands of pilgrims begin moving towards Mina, and the Hajj you have been preparing for finally feels very real.

  • Prepare yourself early.
  • Enter Ihram for Hajj if required according to your Hajj type.
  • Make the intention for Hajj.
  • Carry only the essential items you need for the Hajj days.
  • Follow the group leader's departure instructions.
  • Travel from Makkah to Mina.
  • Reach your allocated tent.
  • Keep your belongings in the assigned place.
  • Familiarise yourself with the tent area and nearby facilities.
  • Perform the daily prayers according to the Hajj schedule and religious guidance.
  • Spend time in Quran recitation, dua and zikr.
  • Avoid unnecessary walking.
  • Rest whenever you get the opportunity.
  • Stay patient with the crowd and shared facilities.
  • Spend the night in Mina.
  • Prepare yourself mentally for the Day of Arafah.

Mina can feel crowded. Stay close to your group and do not move around unnecessarily without knowing your return route.

The Day of Arafah is the central day of Hajj. For many pilgrims, this is also the day they remember most after returning home. Keep the day simple. Spend less time talking and more time in dua, repentance and remembrance of Allah.

  • Leave Mina according to the official group schedule.
  • Travel to Arafat with your group.
  • Stay inside the recognised boundary of Arafat.
  • Settle in the allocated area or tent.
  • Listen to the Khutbah where available.
  • Spend the day in dua.
  • Ask Allah for forgiveness.
  • Make dua for yourself, your parents, family and the Muslim Ummah.
  • Read Quran and make zikr.
  • Avoid unnecessary arguments, movement and distractions.
  • Follow the guide's instructions throughout the day.
  • Remain in Arafat until the required departure time after sunset.

After sunset: Arafat → Muzdalifah

After sunset, the group will begin moving towards Muzdalifah. This movement can take time because of the number of pilgrims traveling at once. Be patient.

  • Travel from Arafat to Muzdalifah.
  • Follow the assigned Hajj transport plan.
  • Pray Maghrib and Isha according to the guidance provided.
  • Collect small pebbles for Rami.
  • Keep the pebbles safely in a small bag or container.
  • Take some rest.
  • Spend the night in Muzdalifah according to your Hajj arrangement.
  • Prepare for the busy morning ahead.

The 10th of Dhul Hijjah is one of the busiest days of the whole journey. Several important Hajj rituals may need to be completed within a relatively short period. Do not worry about moving faster than everyone else. Follow your guide and complete each step carefully.

Muzdalifah → Mina

  • Leave Muzdalifah according to the group schedule.
  • Travel back towards Mina.
  • Keep your pebbles ready.
  • Follow the approved route to Jamarat.
Rami at Jamarat al-Aqaba
  • Reach the Jamarat area with your group.
  • Perform Rami at Jamarat al-Aqaba, the largest Jamarah.
  • Throw the required pebbles one at a time.
  • Do not push others.
  • Follow the designated walking direction.
  • Leave the Jamarat area calmly after completing Rami.
Qurbani and Halq or Taqsir

After Rami, the next steps are completed according to the Hajj sequence and your group's arrangements.

  • Complete the required Qurbani.
  • Men perform Halq or Taqsir.
  • Women trim the required amount of hair.
  • Follow the religious guidance regarding coming out of Ihram.
Tawaf al-Ifadah
  • Travel to Makkah.
  • Enter Masjid al-Haram.
  • Perform Tawaf al-Ifadah.
  • Perform Sa’i where applicable.
  • Rest if you become tired.
  • Return to Mina according to the Hajj movement plan.
  • Spend the night in Mina.

This can be a long day. Keep some water, basic medicine and your identification with you.

The pace becomes a little more settled after the busy 10th Dhul Hijjah, but the Hajj duties continue.

  • Stay in Mina.
  • Perform daily prayers.
  • Prepare your pebbles for Rami.
  • Go to Jamarat according to your group's assigned time.
  • Perform Rami at all three Jamarat.
  • Throw seven pebbles at each Jamarah, one by one.
  • Follow the correct sequence.
  • Keep enough distance from heavy crowd pressure where possible.
  • Return to Mina after completing Rami.
  • Use the rest of the day for ibadah, rest and Quran recitation.
  • Stay overnight in Mina.

On the 12th Dhul Hijjah, pilgrims perform Rami again. For some groups, this may also be the final day in Mina.

  • Prepare for Rami according to the announced schedule.
  • Travel to Jamarat with the group.
  • Perform Rami at all three Jamarat.
  • Throw seven pebbles at each one.
  • Keep the correct order.
  • Avoid stopping in busy walking areas.
  • Return to the group meeting point after completing Rami.

If your Hajj programme includes leaving Mina on the 12th:

  • Pack your remaining belongings.
  • Follow the departure schedule.
  • Leave Mina within the required time.
  • Travel back to Makkah.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Shower, eat and take proper rest.
  • Continue your personal ibadah when you feel physically ready.

After several tiring days, rest is important. There is no need to fill every free hour with extra movement.

Some pilgrims remain in Mina until the 13th of Dhul Hijjah. At this stage, the core Hajj days are complete. If your group follows this schedule:

  • Stay in Mina for one more day.
  • Perform Rami at all three Jamarat.
  • Follow your group guide closely.
  • Complete the final Rami without rushing.
  • Collect your belongings.
  • Leave Mina after completing the required rituals.
  • Travel back to your accommodation in Makkah.

The atmosphere after Hajj feels different. The intense movement of Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah is behind you. These days give you time to rest, think about the journey and return to Masjid al-Haram with a calmer mind.

Rest, prayer and reflection in Makkah

  • Take proper rest after the Hajj days.
  • Attend prayers at Masjid al-Haram when possible.
  • Perform additional Tawaf if you are physically comfortable.
  • Spend time making dua near the Haram.
  • Read Quran at your own pace.
  • Make up for lost sleep.
  • Take care of your feet and health.
  • Keep drinking enough water.
  • Stay connected with the group regarding the Madinah departure date.
  • Complete any remaining Hajj-related activities according to religious guidance.
Optional Makkah Ziyarah

If included in the group programme, you may visit selected historical places in and around Makkah. Possible visits may include:

  • Jannat al-Mu’alla
  • Jabal al-Nour area
  • Jabal al-Thawr area
  • Masjid Aisha
  • Other sites included in the group's Ziyarah programme

Access to individual locations can change because of local rules, traffic or Hajj-season restrictions. Before leaving Makkah, pilgrims should also follow the proper guidance regarding Tawaf al-Wada where applicable.

After the Makkah part of the journey, the group travels to Madinah. Under our Super saver Hajj package, Madinah accommodation is planned near the Markazia area, with the advertised hotel distance around 600–700 metres. The exact hotel and room allocation will follow the final package arrangement.

Journey to Madinah

  • Check out from the Makkah accommodation.
  • Keep your passport and important documents with you.
  • Load luggage according to the group instructions.
  • Travel to Madinah with the Hajj group.
  • Reach the hotel near Markazia.
  • Complete hotel check-in.
  • Find your room and settle in.
  • Take some rest after the journey.
  • Learn the route between your hotel and Masjid al-Nabawi.

Do not rush out immediately if you are tired. A little rest can make the first visit much easier.

Ibadah during the Madinah stay

Madinah gives pilgrims a different rhythm. The main Hajj rituals are finished, and there is more room for quiet prayer and reflection.

During your stay:

  • Attend prayers at Masjid al-Nabawi when possible.
  • Send Salam to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ respectfully.
  • Pay respects to Abu Bakr (RA) and Umar (RA).
  • Spend time in Quran recitation.
  • Make personal dua.
  • Try to visit Riyad ul-Jannah according to the applicable booking and access arrangements.
  • Keep your mosque visits calm.
  • Avoid crowding or pushing.
  • Rest between prayers when your body needs it.
  • Join religious guidance sessions if arranged by the group.
  • Reflect on the Hajj journey you have just completed.
Ziyarah in Madinah

Ziyarah is included in the Super Saver package according to the planned group programme. The final Ziyarah route can change depending on road access, local regulations and available time. Possible Madinah Ziyarah stops may include the following:

  • Quba Mosque
  • Masjid al-Qiblatain
  • Mount Uhud
  • Other important historical locations included in the group's itinerary

Take these visits slowly. Hajj is already physically demanding, so there is no benefit in exhausting yourself at the end of the journey.

Depending on your final return flight, the last few days can be spent quietly in Madinah. There is usually less pressure now. Use the time in the way that feels most meaningful.

  • Continue daily prayers at Masjid al-Nabawi.
  • Read Quran.
  • Make dua for yourself and your family.
  • Ask Allah to accept your Hajj.
  • Spend quiet time reflecting on the journey.
  • Rest properly before the return flight.
  • Organise your luggage early.
  • Check baggage weight before departure.
  • Keep passports and travel papers together.
  • Confirm the airport reporting time with the group guide.

Optional activities

  • Visit nearby markets.
  • Buy dates, gifts or basic items for family.
  • Walk around nearby areas without going too far from the hotel.
  • Spend a relaxed evening with fellow pilgrims.
  • Prepare mentally for returning to Bangladesh.

Avoid leaving shopping until the final few hours. It usually creates unnecessary pressure.

The exact return route and timing will depend on the confirmed Hajj flight plan. For groups returning through Jeddah:

  • Pack and check your luggage carefully.
  • Complete hotel check-out.
  • Make sure nothing is left in the room.
  • Keep your passport, ticket and phone with you.
  • Meet the group at the announced time.
  • Travel from Madinah towards Jeddah Airport according to the package transport arrangement.
  • Reach King Abdulaziz International Airport.
  • Complete airline check-in.
  • Complete departure and immigration procedures.
  • Receive your boarding pass.
  • Board the direct flight to Dhaka.
  • Arrive at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
  • Collect your luggage.
  • Complete the arrival process.
  • Return home after completing your Hajj journey.

The flight may bring you back to Bangladesh, but the journey does not really end at the airport. Many pilgrims come home with new habits, memories and a different way of looking at everyday life.

Important note: This super saver Hajj package 2027 itinerary is a sample travel plan based on an approximately 36–40 day Hajj program. Flight dates, the number of nights in Makkah or Madinah, Hajj-day transport, Ziyarah timing and hotel arrangements may change according to Saudi Hajj regulations, official scheduling, crowd management and final operational arrangements.

What is included in our super saver Hajj package?

Our super saver Hajj package covers the main travel and stay arrangements needed for the Hajj journey from Bangladesh. The package keeps things simple. • Around 36–40 days of travel and stay in Saudi Arabia
  • Makkah accommodation in the Shisha/Aziziyah area
  • Standard Makkah hotel arrangement, with the stated distance around 500–700 metres
  • Madinah accommodation near Markazia, around 600–700 metres away

The final hotel, flight, and operating schedule may depend on the confirmed Hajj program. Pilgrims should check the final package details before completing their booking.

Visa processing IconVisa processing

The Hajj visa process starts after your Hajj registration is completed. If you are travelling through a private Hajj agency, you normally submit your passport and Hajj registration certificate to the agency. The agency then handles the visa-related processing with the relevant Bangladesh and Saudi authorities. The process is quite straightforward, but each step needs to be completed on time.

  • Complete your Hajj pre-registration and final registration.
  • Submit your passport and registration papers to the Hajj agency.
  • Complete your biometric verification through the Saudi Visa Bio app. If you face a problem, the agency can guide you through the process.
  • Complete the required health examination at an approved government hospital.
  • Take the required meningitis and influenza vaccinations from the designated vaccination centre and collect your health certificate.
  • Attend the Hajj training arranged according to the government schedule.
  • Wait for the visa processing and final travel confirmation.
  • Before your flight, collect your passport, Hajj visa, air ticket, ID card and luggage tag from the agency.
Note: Saudi Hajj visa rules and timelines can change each season. The Bangladesh Hajj portal currently lists biometrics, health checks, vaccination and visa processing as post-registration steps, so pilgrims should follow the latest government and Saudi instructions for Hajj 2027.
Air Tickets & Transportation IconAir tickets & transportation

Long transit hours can be difficult during Hajj, especially for elderly pilgrims. This package is planned with a direct flight between Dhaka and Jeddah. The airline and exact flight timings should be checked after the final Hajj flight schedule is confirmed. This keeps the international travel route simpler.

Airport to hotel transfer service

After landing at King Abdulaziz International Airport, the next job is getting the group to the hotel in Makkah. After a long flight and immigration, most pilgrims simply want clear instructions and a little help with the next step. Once airport formalities are complete, our team helps gather the group and coordinates the hotel transfer.

  • Our Hajj support team helps pilgrims regroup after immigration and baggage collection.
  • Group transport is arranged from the airport to the assigned hotel in Makkah.
  • A Hajj guide stays connected with the group during the transfer.
  • Pilgrims are informed about the meeting point, departure time, and next steps.
  • The team also helps keep the group together, which is useful for first-time and elderly pilgrims.

Transportation arrangement:

  • Air-conditioned group bus for airport-to-hotel travel
  • Train service may be used when suitable and available
  • Transport is arranged according to the group and Hajj schedule
  • Travel time may vary because of airport formalities, traffic, and Hajj-season movement controls

The aim is simple. You arrive, stay with your group, follow the guide, and reach the hotel without having to arrange local transport yourself.

Hotel / Accommodation IconHotel accommodation

  • Group accommodation arranged under the package
  • Easy coordination with the group during the Madinah stay

Hajj is mainly about completing the acts of Ibadah. But during the stay in Makkah and Madinah, many pilgrims also want to see places they have heard about since childhood. Our package includes a Ziyarah tour, so pilgrims can visit important Islamic historical sites with the group instead of arranging everything on their own.

Makkah Ziyarah

Makkah has many places connected with the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the early days of Islam. Visiting them gives pilgrims a better sense of the history behind the places and events they already know. Depending on the final schedule and local access, the Ziyarah may include the following:

Popular Ziyarah sites in Makkah:

Madinah Ziyarah

Madinah feels different. The city carries memories of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, his companions and many important moments from early Islamic history. During the Madinah stay, pilgrims can join the group Ziyarah and visit several well-known sites. The program may include:

Important Ziyarah locations in Madinah:

Note: The exact Ziyarah route can change because of local rules, traffic, timing and access. Our guide will share the final plan with the group during the journey.

Answer: It may suit elderly pilgrims who are comfortable with the stated hotel locations and a group-based Hajj journey. Before booking for an elderly parent, discuss walking ability, room arrangements and any extra support they may need.

  10. Question: What documents are needed to book Hajj 2027 from Bangladesh?

Answer: The package poster does not list the required booking documents. As document and registration requirements can change, ask the Hajj team for the current document checklist before submitting your application.
