The existing service arrangement already treats hotel type, location and room conditions as package-dependent rather than the same for every traveller. Hotel partners may therefore vary between Hajj seasons and packages. Before confirming a package, pilgrims should check:

1. Hotel name or category, once confirmed
2. Location in Makkah and Madinah
3. Room occupancy
4. Approximate access arrangements
5. Meals, if included
6. Transport connected with the hotel
7. Number of nights at each location
